Jenna is a Senior Manager and Solicitor based in Fragomen’s London office. She provides advice to UK clients in relation to Tier 2 sponsorship and corresponding immigration compliance issues including the prevention of illegal working. Jenna also provides strategic immigration advice and support to companies of all sizes, ranging from SMEs to national and multinational businesses, tailoring her guidance to each client’s needs.
Jenna has extensive experience in preparing and filing sponsor licence applications, advising on the immigration-related impacts of corporate restructurings, attending audits and representing clients that are subject to UKVI compliance action.
