Lou is an Associate at Fragomen’s San Francisco office, where she counsels multinational corporations in a variety of industries, including technology, finance, fashion, healthcare and retail, on employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visas.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Lou worked at a nonprofit organization, where she counseled foreign nationals on naturalization, family-based and humanitarian-related immigration matters, including asylum and refugee work, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), U-visas, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) and Temporary Protected Status (TPS). She also represented clients in removal and deportation proceedings.
Lou participated in the International Human Rights Law Clinic during law school.
Lou speaks English and French.
