She advises large international FTSE companies and SMEs on a variety of immigration matters. Louise's clients span a range of industries including technology, news, financial and asset management, hospitality and pharmaceutical. Louise has also advised high net worth private clients for over 10 years.
Louise provides pragmatic, strategic advice to businesses seeking to move employees to the UK, either as new hires or Senior or Specialist Workers under the Skilled Worker scheme. She also assists individuals to secure graduate immigration status, settlement and British citizenship. She has a strong working knowledge of the European Settlement Scheme and applications filed on behalf of family members. Louise is well versed in advising representatives of overseas businesses on the UK Expansion Worker scheme, assisting companies wishing to secure a Sponsor Licence, and individuals exploring business visitor visas.
