Overseeing Fragomen’s Sub-Saharan Africa practice, Lunga leads the firm’s Johannesburg and Nairobi offices, driving the growth of the region’s operations while ensuring exceptional immigration services are delivered across the continent.

With a focus on strategic expansion and operational excellence, Lunga is committed to building a robust practice that meets the complex immigration needs of businesses and individuals throughout Sub-Saharan Africa.

Lunga brings extensive experience in leadership, people management and operational optimization, leveraging his diverse professional background to guide the South Africa practice through its dynamic growth.

Before joining Fragomen, Lunga held senior roles at a leading South African telecommunications company with a presence in more than 20 countries. Lunga’s blend of legal acumen, operational insight and leadership excellence positions him as a trusted advisor and a driving force behind Fragomen’s Sub-Saharan Africa operations.

Lunga is fluent in English, Xhosa and Zulu. He can also converse in Sotho and Tswana. 

Before joining Fragomen, Lunga held senior roles at a leading South African telecommunications company with a presence in more than 20 countries. Lunga’s blend of legal acumen, operational insight and leadership excellence positions him as a trusted advisor and a driving force behind Fragomen’s Sub-Saharan Africa operations.
