Maedhbh is a Senior Manager at Fragomen’s Dublin office, with more than five years of immigration experience. She is responsible for overseeing a team of consultants while advising global clients on all aspects of Irish immigration.
Maedhbh is well versed in employment permits, trusted partnership applications, TUPE/TOU transfers and other compliance matters with the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment (DETE). She advises on visa applications and other long-term personal immigration applications with Immigration Service Delivery (ISD) and the Garda National Immigration Bureau (GNIB). Maedhbh also has experience advising on internal immigration audits and making recommendations for process improvements to immigration procedures and wider global mobility processes.
Maedhbh delivers strategic immigration advice and compliance support to several of the firm’s Fortune 500 clients as well as leaders in the technology, finance, engineering and professional services industries.
Outside of client and team management, Maedhbh is involved in improving internal processes to maximise efficiencies.
