María is a Country Manager at Immigration Specialists S.R.L (Fragomen’s affiliate in Argentina) and leads the firm's operations in Uruguay, where she counsels clients on Argentine immigration law with a focus on corporate immigration matters.

María is an Argentine attorney and has more than 10 years of experience with immigration and mobility matters. She has experience supporting high-volume immigration programs for multinational companies in various industries, including technology, mining and agriculture.

Prior to joining Fragomen, María worked at the largest law firm in Argentina, where she handled a wide range of corporate immigration matters and helped clients to ensure compliance with immigration regulations. She also worked at the Ministry of Science, Technology and Productive Innovation, where she was responsible for mobility aspects of international projects.

María has volunteered with Blue Rose Compass (BRC), a nonprofit organization dedicated to giving young refugees the opportunity to develop their talents and become agents of change.

María speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish.
