Marina Semenova is a Senior Associate Attorney and Global Client Services Manager supporting immigration program management, service delivery and strategic process improvements for the Firm’s corporate clients in a variety of industries. She is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing immigration programs tailored to each client’s goals, and works with Legal teams, Technology, Finance, Compliance, Worldwide Knowledge Group, Government Relations, among other expert groups, to execute client programs. Marina also supports multijurisdictional projects and advice to clients on impact of immigration law and regulatory changes while recommending strategy and contingency planning.
Prior to joining the Firm’s International Practice Group in 2011, Marina assisted large clients in Fragomen’s U.S. practice and provided immigration advice to some of the largest multinational corporations engaged in diversified technology, media and financial services. Before joining Fragomen in 2006, Marina worked as a paralegal and law clerk in the field of U.S. immigration law for a number of firms in immigration and entertainment industry.
Marina speaks English, German, Russian, Spanish and Ukrainian.
