Esat is an Associate at Fragomen’s New York office, where he represents a range of clients—from startups and individuals to multinational corporations—on all aspects of U.S. immigrant and nonimmigrant matters. Esat represents clients in various sectors, including those working in technology, finance, marketing, consulting, manufacturing and education.
Esat has experience responding to complex matters involving Requests for Evidence, Notices of Intent to Deny, motions and appeals. His practice includes EB-1 petitions, National Interest Waivers, PERM labor certifications and EB-5 Investor visas as well as family-based immigration categories. He also has experience with nonimmigrant visa categories, including O-1, H-1B, L-1, E-2, E-3 and TN.
Esat started his Fragomen career as a Summer Associate in 2022 and served as a law clerk until 2023. During law school, Esat was the Notes and Articles Editor of the Fordham International Law Journal and was the Associate Competition Editor on the Fordham Law Moot Court Board.
