Michael is a Senior Associate in Fragomen’s Detroit office, where he focuses his practice on business immigration matters. He represents clients across a variety of industries, including the automotive, technology, media, science, engineering, research, industrial, manufacturing, financial, entertainment and medical sectors.

Michael’s broad immigration experience includes H-1B, L, TN, O and E visas, as well as PERM labor certification, immigrant petitions and national interest waivers. Michael has also managed EB-5 entrepreneur, investor and corporate matters, including I-526 petitions and I-829 petitions. He also has extensive experience with recruiting and managing junior attorneys, legal assistants and contracted staff.

Michael has hosted and moderated seminars and conferences on business and investor-based immigration topics, both domestically and internationally.
