Michelle is a Practice Leader within Fragomen’s Sydney office. She is an experienced immigration professional and Registered Migration Agent with more than twenty years of Australian immigration experience. She also has experience in global relocations, having worked in both Australia and Singapore in that industry. Michelle provides immigration advice and assistance to a range of industry sectors including information technology, engineering, banking and financial services, pharmaceutical and professional services. She works with a number of the world's largest multinational corporations and other major Australian corporations, small and medium sized enterprises, start-up companies and individuals.

Michelle advises corporate clients on immigration compliance matters and strategies for the transfer of expatriates to Australia, advises and assists with the relocation of individuals to Australia on a temporary and permanent basis and advises clients on practical and compliance immigration solutions for urgent assignments and projects in Australia. She also manages a range of cases involving high level corporate transfers, including CEOs, applications for start-up companies and individuals under skilled and family categories. Additionally, Michelle provides consulting advice, one-on-one client briefings and training.
