Michelle is an Associate in Fragomen’s Silicon Valley office, where she supports clients in a range of immigrant and nonimmigrant matters. Prior to joining Fragomen, Michelle worked as an associate attorney at a boutique immigration law firm in Orange County, California, where she handled both employment-based and family-based immigration matters. Michelle also previously worked as an associate at a civil litigation firm in Los Angeles.
During law school, Michelle was an Articles Editor for the Chapman Law Review and served as Academic Chair for the Chapman University Asian-Pacific American Law Students Association.
Michelle’s pro bono experience has included providing “Know Your Rights” immigration presentations to members of the local community with partners such as universities, nonprofit organizations and churches. Additionally, as a student attorney working with her law school’s immigration clinic, Michelle successfully represented four unaccompanied minors in applications for asylum and obtained a U Visa for a victim of domestic violence.
