With nearly a decade of experience in the corporate travel and mobility industry, Mikkel serves as the Commercial Director at Nomadic, Fragomen’s technology-led solution for the short-term travel industry. He leads commercial strategy, partnerships and client engagement efforts. In his role, he focuses on helping organizations navigate the growing complexity of global mobility, short‑term immigration compliance and corporate travel requirements.
Prior to joining Fragomen, he served as Chief Operating Officer at a Danish consular services practice and as Managing Director & Vice President at a global mobility services organization, where he led strategic initiatives across the region and drove operational excellence.
His strong leadership background and deep industry knowledge enable Mikkel to guide multinational clients through the complexities of mobility and immigration services. He is known for his client-centric approach and his ability to align service delivery with strategic business goals.
Mikkel is fluent in Danish, English and basic German.
