With more than 25 years of experience in immigration law, Nadine has earned the trust of companies of every size and type, from small and medium-sized enterprises to large multinational Fortune 500 companies.

Today, she engages with emerging clients in the technology, artificial intelligence, pharmaceutical, insurance, retail, real estate and medical product industries that are ready to take the next step in growth—and require immigration policies and programs that will scale with them.

She approaches each new client with a practical, hands-on approach. Relying on a team of professionals, many of whom have been working with her for decades, she forges a deep partnership with her client’s internal teams. This allows her to conduct deep research into the client’s current day-to-day operations, compliance red flags and expansion plans.

She relies on this comprehensive intelligence to relieve corporate officers and managers of onerous and confusing immigration tasks that distract from the company’s main focus. She then identifies the potential pitfalls and compliance risks that can lie in wait for hypergrowth companies on the verge of major growth.

In addition to devising and streamlining immigration processes, she is a consummate business advisor and a fierce advocate for her clients—sharing difficult truths regarding compliance while offering practicable, real-world options for preserving growth. Clients rely on her for M&A due diligence, I-9 audits, corporate restructurings and up-to-the-minute intelligence about policy and regulatory trends.

Nadine was hooked on immigration law since her earliest work in the sector, as a fresh-out-of-law-school volunteer attorney for the Katharine & George Alexander Community Law Center. The appeal of that early volunteer work—the chance to immediately and palpably improve the fortunes of real people—continues to motivate her today.
