Nadine joined the San Francisco offices of Fragomen in 2000 and advises companies of all sizes from small-and medium-sized to large multinational Fortune 500 companies, in varied industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Insurance, Retail, and Technology. She also manages a legal team that focuses on the unique concerns and challenges of representing clients in an ever evolving immigration and compliance atmosphere. Nadine provides counsel on all major employment-based temporary and permanent visa categories, as well as with family-based permanent residence applications and applications for U.S. citizenship. Her work on behalf of clients includes advising on the immigration consequences of Mergers & Acquisitions and other corporate restructurings, H-1B/LCA compliance including audit representation, and overall immigration program management.
