With nearly 20 years of experience in UK immigration law, Naomi is a trusted solicitor leading Fragomen’s UK Immigration Compliance & Audit and education teams, offering strategic oversight and thoughtful guidance. Naomi also manages Fragomen’s International Internship Programme, facilitating opportunities for international candidates undertaking internships in the UK. Known for her pragmatic approach, she navigates complex compliance challenges, helping clients prevent non-compliance during critical periods.

As technology increasingly intersects with immigration compliance, Naomi plays a pivotal role in Fragomen's leadership group, steering the development and global implementation of the firm’s innovative employment verification platform, WorkRight™.

Naomi actively collaborates with Fragomen’s government strategies team in the UK, engaging with policymakers to shape immigration policies that benefit businesses and individuals relocating to the UK. She is a sought-after advisor to companies, higher education institutions and independent schools, offering tailored guidance on immigration compliance, transactional programs and the implications of corporate restructuring, including mergers, acquisitions and takeovers.

In addition to her professional work, Naomi is deeply committed to pro bono initiatives, focusing on supporting individuals at the start of their careers or pursuing academic aspirations.
