With more than 17 years’ UK immigration law experience, Naomi is a Practice Leader and solicitor, and leads Fragomen’s dedicated UK Immigration Compliance & Audit and education teams. In her role, she oversees the firm’s International Internship Programme supporting international candidates undertaking internships in the UK. Naomi is often recognized for her pragmatic approach to complex compliance matters and is known to expertly guide clients during critical periods to prevent non-compliance.
As the relationship between technology and immigration compliance evolves, Naomi is part of the firms leadership group overseeing the design and implementation of our worldwide employment verification technology, WorkRight™.
Naomi regularly collaborates with the firm’s government strategies group in the UK, working with decision-makers to ensure that UK immigration policies support businesses and individuals moving to the UK. She has experience providing strategic advice to companies, higher education institutions and independent schools on immigration compliance and transactional programs, as well as the immigration implications of corporate restructuring including mergers, acquisitions and takeovers.
Naomi also supports a number of pro bono initiatives within the firm, with particular focus on supporting individuals to achieve their academic dreams or at the start of their careers.
