Natacha is an Associate at Fragomen's Miami office where she represents corporate and individual clients in a wide range of business immigration matters, including L, H-1B, O, EB-1, E-2, TN, and National Interest Waiver cases. Together with her team, Natacha helps clients navigate the complexities of the U.S. immigration system to achieve their professional and personal goals.

Natacha has experience in both employment-based and family-based immigration matters, including handling immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions such as O-1, L-1, H-1B, E-2, EB-1, EB-2 NIW, Labor Certifications, I-601A waivers and naturalization filings. Her work involves contributing to legal strategy development, drafting legal briefs, responding to complex Requests for Evidence and audits, conducting legal research and preparing clients for interviews.

Natacha has helped individuals and families navigate complex legal systems through her experience in immigration law. She has been involved in consultations and has contributed to training legal staff.

She has provided pro bono services through Florida Legal Services, Inc., Florida Bar Foundation and CARA Pro Bono Project in Dilley, Texas.
