Nathalie practices in the area of corporate immigration law, advising domestic and multinational employers on employment-based immigration matters, workforce mobility and compliance. She partners closely with legal, HR, talent acquisition and business stakeholders to develop immigration strategies that support business objectives while managing regulatory risk.
Nathalie counsels employers on temporary visa and permanent residence sponsorship, immigration program management, work authorization compliance and evolving government enforcement priorities. She has extensive experience designing and managing large-scale immigration programs for multinational organizations and advising clients on workforce planning, restructuring initiatives and other complex employment-related immigration matters.
Known for her practical, business-focused approach, Nathalie regularly presents on immigration, compliance and workforce mobility issues affecting U.S. employers.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Nathalie served as an Assistant Chief Counsel with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement in New York and practiced family-based immigration law at a New York based law firm.
