New York, July 7, 2022 - Fragomen is pleased to announce the appointment of three new Of Counsel, effective July 1, 2022.

Our new Of Counsel are talented lawyers who embody Fragomen’s dedication to innovative client service and deep knowledge of complex immigration law and reflect the breadth of talent at the firm. They support a variety of Fragomen’s priorities, including superior client service, pro bono assistance, public service, and knowledge and innovation, and work with clients to meet their objectives by providing outstanding legal counsel, practical guidance and support.

The firm’s new Of Counsel are:

  • Nathalie Fassié, Washington, DC, U.S.
    Nathalie partners closely with clients to provide custom immigration solutions and has developed large-scale immigration programs to meet the unique requirements of the financial services and IT industries. Natalie received her B.A. from Cornell University in 2004 and her J.D. from William & Mary Law School in 2007.
  • Meghan O’Malley, New York, NY, U.S.
    Meghan supports a variety of corporate clients with their U.S. immigration needs. She focuses on federal immigration and nationality law, with additional experience in asylum and refugee cases. Megan earned her B.A. from New York University in 2006 and her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2011.
  • Justin Rymer, New York, NY, U.S.
    As part of the Knowledge team, Justin’s primary role has been to develop the mechanisms by which Fragomen leverages its collective knowledge to the advantage of clients. Justin received his B.A. from Flagler College in 1999, his J.D. from Temple University School of Law in 2005 and his LL.M. from Temple University School of Law in 2006.
