Nedime is an Associate at Fragomen’s London office, with over 14 years of immigration experience.
Nedime sits in the UK in-bound team, where she assists a number of corporate clients navigate the immigration rules for their working population under the Skilled Worker and Global Business Mobility (Senior or Specialist worker) categories. She provides strategic UK immigration advice to clients in the professional, scientific and technical activities, information and communications, technology, wholesale and retail trade, engineering, manufacturing, chemist and cosmetics industries. Nedime also advises corporate clients on sponsor obligations for work sponsored migrants, maintaining a sponsor management system and right to work checks.
Nedime has experience assisting private individuals with personal immigration matters, including student visas and settlement applications under the Skilled Worker, Representative of an Overseas business—Media Representative and ECCA Turkish Worker routes. She also advises on spouse/partner visa applications under Appendix FM, and Naturalisation.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Nedime worked at a Legal 500 boutique city firm, where she advised on all aspects of UK immigration, including the Points Based System.
Nedime speaks English and Turkish.
