Nicole practices in all areas of U.S. business immigration law, with a focus on nonimmigrant visas and permanent residence. She is experienced in representing multinational corporations in various industries, including luxury cruise lines, telecommunications, information technology and software. Nicole focuses her practice on advising clients on all matters relating to nonimmigrant and immigrant visas for employers, including H-1B, L-1A/B, TN, O-1 and PERM applications. She is also a regular speaker and presenter for numerous training seminars for clients, professional organizations and academic institutions regarding the immigration process.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Nicole worked with a boutique immigration law firm in Miami. During law school, Nicole was a staff editor for the International and Comparative Law Review. She also served as a summer intern for the Miami-Dade Public Defenders office.
Nicole speaks English and Spanish.
