Nicole is an Associate at Fragomen’s Boston office, where she counsels clients on the employment-based immigration process, with a focus on I-140 petitions and adjustment of status applications.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Nicole worked primarily in removal defense and family-based immigration. She represented clients seeking asylum, cancellation of removal and adjustment of status and has experience filing family petitions and waivers of inadmissibility. Nicole also worked on Special Immigrant Juvenile cases, assisting children and juveniles obtain their permanent residency.
Nicole has assisted with Haitian Temporary Protected Status applications on a pro bono basis. She has also participated in Temporary Protected Status and naturalization clinics, where she assisted applicants with completing their applications, and represented asylum seekers through the Political Asylum/Immigration Representation (PAIR) Project.
