Parminder is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s Silicon Valley office, where he assists a variety of clients, ranging from early stage start-ups to large corporations, with meeting their immigration needs.
Parminder joined the firm as a Law Clerk during law school. He has experience preparing and filing first-preference employment-based petitions (e.g., outstanding researcher, extraordinary ability and multinational manager), and assisting clients with a variety of nonimmigrant visas (e.g., O-1, L-1A, L-1B, TN and H-1B). In addition, he has drafted responses to Requests for Evidence, a number of which were complex and required extensive research, as well as petitions for permanent residence.
