Patrick is a dual-qualified U.S. Attorney and Australian Solicitor, based in Fragomen’s Sydney office. He provides support to individuals and organisations with their U.S.-inbound immigration needs. He provides consular support for professionals and senior executives across Asia, including Australia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore and South Korea.
Patrick also represents his clients on all types of employment-based temporary visas, including filing Treaty Investor (E-2) company registration applications, E-3 visas for Australian professionals across a variety of industries, I Visas for Information Media Representatives and P-1 visas for internationally recognized athletes/Members of internationally recognized entertainment group.
