Rachel is an Associate at Fragomen’s London office with more than six years of experience in immigration law. She provides strategic legal counsel to a diverse range of corporate clients, including start-ups, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and global organizations, across different industries, including financial services, legal services, technology, energy and arts. Rachel also assists private clients with a wide range of personal immigration matters.
Rachel’s experience in UK immigration includes Skilled Worker and Global Business Mobility visas, Global Talent, Appendix FM, Ancestry, Settlement and British citizenship applications.
Additionally, Rachel advises clients on sponsor license applications, the maintenance of sponsor licenses and ongoing employer compliance obligations.
