Ralph is an Associate at Fragomen’s Boston office, where he advises large corporate institutions on employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant matters, including H-1B, L-1, TN, EB-1 and PERM-based petitions.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Ralph practiced at a boutique immigration firm, where he assisted clients with family- and employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visa applications. He primarily focused on BIA Appeals and matters on behalf of professors and researchers for academic institutions. He also redesigned and reimplemented a biomedical research nonprofit’s J compliance program.
During law school, Ralph worked in the General Counsel’s office of a biomedical research institution, where he assisted with global mobility and compliance issues. He also served as a Clinical Fellow for Maine Law’s Refugee and Human Rights Clinic, where he assisted asylum seekers and detained non-citizens, and completed a judicial externship for Hon. Ralph’s pro bono efforts have included assisting and advising volunteer attorneys in preparing detained asylum-seekers for credible fear interviews, mentoring law students as they filed Humanitarian Parole applications for Afghan families and conducting “Know Your Rights” events for local undocumented communities.
