Rebeca is an Associate at Fragomen’s Boston office, where she represents clients in a wide range of nonimmigrant visa matters. She started her Fragomen career as a Summer Associate in the firm’s New York office, where she worked on both immigrant and nonimmigrant visa cases, including National Interest Waiver petitions and responses to Requests for Evidence for L-1 and H-1B cases.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Rebeca worked at two law firms where she assisted in handling immigrant, nonimmigrant and family-based immigration cases. During law school, she successfully litigated and secured special findings and guardianship orders for a Special Immigrant Juvenile Status case. She also served as a staff editor for The City University of New York Law Review.
Rebeca has provided pro bono services by supporting Temporary Protected Status (TPS) and naturalization clinics in collaboration with the Haitian American Lawyers Association of New York, the New York Legal Assistance Group and CUNY Citizenship Now.
