Isabella is an Associate at Fragomen’s Silicon Valley office, where she assists large corporate clients with immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions. Isabella has experience with immigrant matters under the E, H-1B, L-1 and O-1 categories; nonimmigrant matters; labor certifications; employment-based petitions and adjustment of status applications for foreign nationals in the hospitality, technology, medical, financial and entertainment sectors. She has prepared successful responses to complex Requests for Evidence and I-290 Motions, is experienced in representing EB-5 entrepreneur clients and has prepared well-organized I-526 and I-829 petitions.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Isabella was an attorney at prominent law firms in the greater Seattle area, where she represented corporate and individual clients with her unique combination of immigration and business law experience.
Isabella has represented Humanitarian Paroles and VAWA self-petition cases on a pro bono basis. Currently, she is providing pro bono assistance through AILA’s Military Assistance Program (MAP), working to assist service members and their families with immigration legal questions.
