Leading Fragomen’s global back-office operations based in Kochi and Bengaluru since the firm’s establishment in India in 2006, Saju plays a pivotal role in its continuous growth. His leadership has fostered a cohesive team, with most of the group remaining with the firm since its inception, contributing to its sustained success.

With nearly 35 years of experience in human resources, global mobility and immigration, Saju was a driving force behind the innovative Fragomen Educational Services India, an educational consultancy launched in October 2023. This groundbreaking initiative continues to garner significant success in India under Saju’s leadership, paving the way for global replication.

Saju holds a pivotal role in facilitating the movement of individuals between countries, aiding corporations in overseeing their end-to-end immigration programs. He plays a crucial part in the organization’s shared services, particularly in managing India-related practices such as Managed Services Programs, Indian Inbound Immigration and India-based Outbound Consular Services. He also handles the outsourcing of immigration tasks for large corporations, such as IT service firms and those with more than 500,000 employees, while simultaneously providing support to smaller organizations and startups as they embark on global operations, ensuring they receive the necessary assistance for a successful expansion.

Dynamic and inclusive, Saju prioritizes a positive office culture and emphasizes the human aspect of teamwork. His leadership has been instrumental in Fragomen India’s success over the last 17 years, particularly evident in initiatives such as the Virtual Office Program, which supports former Fragomen employees by providing individuals with the flexibility to contribute based on their availability. Additionally, the STEP initiative provides an opportunity for differently abled individuals to pursue career advancement.

Saju is a frequent speaker at international conferences on Indian, U.S. and global immigration issues. Before joining Fragomen, he held several positions within Asia’s largest IT services and solutions organization, including Director of HR for the Americas division, Global Head of HR for a subsidiary and Head of Immigration and Legal Compliance in North America.

Saju speaks English, Hindi and Malayalam.
