Samantha is an Associate with Fragomen’s Government Strategies and Compliance Group based in the firm’s Washington, DC, office. In her role, she advocates, litigates and investigates a wide variety of immigration-related issues to meet her clients’ diverse needs. Samantha advises individual and corporate clients alike, helping each to navigate pressing and complex immigration challenges.
Samantha’s practice with respect to individual clients focuses on asylum and internal agency appeals, while she helps her corporate clients to conduct internal investigations and advises them on potential immigration-related liability, including possible criminal impacts on immigration options. Samantha also partners with her corporate clients to create compliance plans and reduce immigration-related risks to their business models. At both the individual and corporate levels, Samantha helps clients understand the impact of agency policy changes and shifts in adjudication patterns, and using that knowledge, facilitates approaches to key government agency personnel.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Samantha practiced employment litigation at a New York-based firm. Samantha also served as a Notes Editor on the Duke Journal of Comparative and International Law.
