Sarah is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s New York office. She has experience advising multinational corporate clients on strategies to achieve global workforce mobility in the financial services, energy, information technology consulting and consumer packaged goods sectors, among others. Sarah counsels clients on all aspects of corporate U.S. immigration, including all major employment-based temporary and permanent visa categories and regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Sarah worked with several Washington, DC-based immigration law firms while attending The George Washington University Law School. She assisted individual clients, Fortune 500 companies, start-ups and small to medium-sized organizations in a variety of industries, including finance, law, information technology consulting, software development, multimedia services and fashion.
Sarah’s pro bono efforts have included representing an undocumented minor in a petition for special immigrant juvenile classification and related family court proceedings, and counseling the Executive Director of a non-profit organization in his permanent residence process, which included obtaining a National Interest Waiver.
