Contact information
Sean is a Manager and solicitor in our London office. He primarily advises multinational clients on all aspects of Tier 2 sponsorship and other Points Based System (PBS) matters under the Tier 1 and Tier 5 visa categories. Sean assists corporate clients from a range of industries including accountancy, commerce, energy, manufacturing, IT and telecommunications.
He also has experience assisting private clients on various entry routes including UK Ancestry, spousal applications under Appendix FM and applications under the Immigration (EEA) Regulations.
Prior to his current role, Sean was a Senior Consultant on Fragomen’s EMEA Coordination team. Here, he supervised a group of consultants and advised multinational clients on immigration matters in the EMEA region. In 2014, he was seconded to Fragomen's Frankfurt office to help train new joiners.

Advised on Tier 1 (Exceptional Talent Visa) applications under the dedicated Tech City scheme.
Managed the work permit process for a large group move of over 80 staff members on a special energy project, ensuring crucial project deadlines were met.
Successfully managed urgent Tier 5 applications (Temporary worker - Creative and Sporting) for a client in the entertainment industry.
