Sela is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s Boston office, where she advises multinational corporate clients and their employees on a wide range of employment- and family-based immigration matters. She has worked extensively on immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, with a focus on PERM labor certifications, EB-1 petitions, National Interest Waivers, H-1B, L-1 and O-1 petitions. Sela also has experience with J-1 waivers, family-sponsored petitions, tourist visa applications and naturalization applications. She has represented clients in both family-based and employment-based Adjustment of Status interviews at local USCIS field offices and represented the needs of diverse clients, including multinational corporations, small businesses, research institutions, biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, hospitals and universities, among others.

Sela’s pro bono work includes assisting clients with filing naturalization applications.

Sela speaks English and Swahili.
