Shao-An (Enya) is an Associate at Fragomen’s San Francisco office, where she advises multinational corporate clients on a wide range of U.S. employment-based immigration matters, including L, H, L, TN, E, EB-1C visa petitions. Enya has represented startups and corporations seeking legal support and advice on various immigration issues.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Enya worked at a law firm in Silicon Valley, where she filed immigration petitions and applications, conducted legal research and responded to Requests for Evidence submitted by USCIS, the Department of Labor and the State Department. Enya also served as law clerk at Immigrants’ Rights Clinic and interned at multinational law firms in Tokyo and Taiwan during law school.
Enya has provided pro bono services as a volunteer attorney for Legal Access Alameda, California Lawyers Association and American Bar Association. She has also provided virtual legal advice regarding COVID-19 and natural disasters at no cost to low-income California residents.
Enya speaks Mandarin Chinese and English, and is conversational in Japanese.
