Shoaib is a Senior Manager at Fragomen’s Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) office with more than a decade of experience advising clients, from national governments to startups and large corporations. He currently manages UAE and Middle East and North Africa immigration processes, and develops and implements reliable, efficient, pragmatic and sustainable immigration programs regionally. Shoaib advises clients across a diverse range of industries, including banking and finance, medical, informational technology, media, defense, and consulting.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Shoaib led regionally significant national projects for an international financial institution in the development sector as well as the Energy sector in the Middle East.
Shoaib speaks English and is fluent in spoken Urdu.
