Sian is a Senior Manager based in Fragomen’s Sheffield office. She provides advice to UK clients on sponsorship and immigration compliance including right to work, the prevention of illegal working and mergers and acquisitions.
Sian provides strategic immigration advice and support to SMEs, national and multinational businesses. She has extensive experience in preparing and filing sponsor licence applications, advising on the immigration related impacts of corporate restructurings, attending audits and representing clients that are subject to UKVI compliance action.
Sian also managed the design, IDSP certification and launch of Fragomen WorkRight™ UK.
