Virginia, US

Siobhan is a Director and Solicitor based in our London office where she currently manages a team of solicitors and paralegals, and is the lead solicitor for several major corporate clients, providing strategic immigration advice and support. She has a lengthy history sitting on several working groups with the UKVI, where she represented the interests of clients and assisted the UKVI in drafting various policies following implementation of the Points Based System (“PBS”). She provides tactical advice on client immigration sponsor obligations and compliance concerns and organises audit checks for clients to help ensure that reporting and recordkeeping is robust, and illegal working checks are infallible.

As a relationship manager, Siobhan has built an extensive network of major corporate and private clients across a wide range of industry sectors, which she advises on UK immigration and European nationality law.

Prior to joining Fragomen in October 2011, she worked as a Senior Solicitor with another law firm, where she completed her training. Siobhan is a regular contributor to immigration articles and features in legal publications.
