Siobhan is a Partner and Solicitor in the London office, where she manages a large team of Managers, Solicitors, Consultants and Paralegals. Siobhan is the lead solicitor for several major corporate clients, providing strategic immigration and compliance support. As a relationship manager, Siobhan has built an extensive network of both corporate and private clients across a diverse range of industry sectors.

Siobhan counsels clients on the full range of applications covered by the Immigration Rules, including sole representatives, visitors, family members, long residence applications and applications submitted under European law. She also acts for high net worth individuals on Tier 1 (Investor and Entrepreneur) applications.

Siobhan also provides tactical advice on client immigration sponsor obligations, compliance concerns and conducts audit checks for clients to help ensure that reporting and record keeping is robust, and illegal working checks are infallible. She has a lengthy history sitting on several working groups with the UKVI, where she represented the interests of clients and is now fully involved with the Home Office and various groups regarding the implications of Brexit.

Siobhan also advises clients on social security requirements in the context of immigration. She provides technical advice and analysis in relation to compliance of multinational companies and their employees in line with the current social security legislation including the EU Regulations, UK and US domestic legislation. She assists companies in obtaining A1/Certificate of coverage; Certificate of Retention and Exemption of social security liability.

Siobhan is a regular author and contributor to immigration articles and seminars (e.g., LexisNexis and Best Start Human Resources). She is also a frequent speaker and panelist at various seminars and corporate events in the UK including the FEM Global Mobility Summit
