Sofija is an Associate based in Fragomen’s London office, where she works with the firm’s U.S. consular team. She assists with U.S. consular services across the EMEA region and prepares nonimmigrant and immigrant visa applications. Sofija works with clients in a wide range of industries including media, technology, finance, motion picture and entertainment and engineering.
Sofija worked on the Somali 92 Project, where she assisted pro bono an individual on board the ‘Somali 92’ flight in December 2017. Sofija assisted the individual with the preparation of their motion to reopen their immigration case. For her work on the Somali 92 Project, Sofija received the 2019 Volunteer Award from the Advocates of Human Rights.
Sofija speaks English, Serbo-Croatian and Portuguese.
