Sutha is an Associate at Fragomen’s London office, with more than five years of immigration experience. She provides strategic advice to companies and individuals on UK immigration matters, including Sponsor License applications and compliance, Skilled Worker and Global Business Mobility visas, Global Talent, Appendix FM, Settlement and British citizenship applications.
Sutha supports a diverse range of corporate clients including start-ups, SMEs and global organizations across various industries including financial and legal services, media, luxury beauty and sport.
In addition, Sutha assists private individuals on a broad range of personal immigration matters and is a member of Fragomen’s sports sector group.
