Sydney joined Fragomen in 2016 as an Associate in the firm’s Atlanta office, where she provides comprehensive business immigration services to clients with a focus on nonimmigrant visas and permanent residence. Sydney first worked with Fragomen in 2013 as a Law Clerk with the firm’s Worldwide Standards and Knowledge Team, where she provided consulting services on global mobility issues.
Sydney served in the Department of Justice Honors Program as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Atlanta Immigration Court from 2014 to 2016. In this position, she worked on a broad range of issues, including asylum, cancellation of removal, adjustment of status, removability, and waivers.
While in law school, Sydney interned with the Department of Justice’s Office of Immigration Litigation.
Sydney has represented clients in family-based immigration and asylum cases as a member of The George Washington University Law School’s Immigration Clinic. She was also actively involved as a senior Board Member of her law school’s Immigration Law Association, coordinating dozens of events, panels, and pro bono opportunities.
