Sydney is an Associate at Fragomen’s Silicon Valley office, where she assists large corporate clients in the technology sector with a variety of business immigration matters. She prioritizes clients’ needs and is dedicated to helping them reach their immigration goals. Sydney has experience preparing and filing nonimmigrant visa petitions (H-1B, L-1A/B), labor certifications, immigrant visa petitions (EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3) and adjustment of status applications. She also prepares compelling responses to complex Requests for Evidence.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Sydney was an attorney at a prominent law firm in Texas, where she supported clients’ nonimmigrant and immigrant visa needs and advised foreign investors, small businesses and multinational corporations on the E-2 and EB-5 visa.
