Sylvia is a Senior Associate working on a part-time basis in Fragomen’s New York office and practicing in the areas of immigration law, naturalization and consular practice. She has extensive experience in employment and family-based U.S. immigration. She works closely with individuals and corporate clients counseling on global mobility matters and establishing programs for securing visas and green cards for foreign nationals seeking to live and work in the United States. Sylvia is a frequent speaker on immigration topics to the legal and human resources community. She is also active in pro bono citizenship programs and Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) clinics.
