Tatiana is an Associate at Fragomen’s Irvine office, where she primarily focuses on nonimmigrant visa matters for high volume clients. Her practice is rooted in the belief that immigration fuels innovation, growth and global connection.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Tatiana operated a solo practice, where she focused on a broad range of family- and humanitarian-based matters. Her work included representing asylum seekers and preparing family petitions, adjustment of status applications and labor-based deferred action applications.
Tatiana has provided pro bono representation in a variety of humanitarian immigration matters, including U Visa applications, VAWA petitions, adjustment of status applications and asylum cases.
