Tommy is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s Washington, DC office, where he advises a diverse group of large to medium corporate clients in addition to individual and family clients. He has more than ten years of immigration experience across a wide range of industries.

Tommy advises on all aspects of US immigration and leads a team of professionals to support the needs of multinational corporate clients, including various employment-based nonimmigrant visas, petitions for permanent residence, PERM labor certification, adjustment of status, US citizenship, travel-related issues and immigration strategies. Prior to joining Fragomen, he worked for several years in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he led a fast-paced team in developing innovative and strategic immigration solutions for start-ups, investors and high-growth companies. Through his international experience and fluency in Chinese, he also oversaw U.S. outbound migration processes to Asia for large, international corporations.

During law school, Tommy served as a Legal Intern for the United States Trade Representative, China Affairs Office in Washington, DC and as an International Business Associate in Hong Kong.

Tommy speaks English and Mandarin Chinese.
