Vanessa is a Senior Associate in Fragomen’s Paris office, where she advises multinational corporations and high-net-worth individuals worldwide on complex U.S. immigration strategies. With more than a decade of experience, she guides clients through every stage of the U.S. immigration process, including workforce planning, visa execution and compliance management. Vanessa’s practice bridges U.S. domestic and consular processes, allowing her to provide seamless, end-to-end guidance on immigration strategy, risk mitigation and case execution. She provides strategic counsel on employment-based visa programs, treaty trader and investor filings, waivers of inadmissibility and other complex cross-border matters. She also assists clients of all sizes with building and optimizing their U.S. immigration programs—from large multinational institutions to high-growth startups—ensuring scalable, compliant and business-aligned frameworks.

Based in Paris, Vanessa plays a key role in advising French and European companies expanding into the United States. She partners with business leaders and mobility teams to develop tailored immigration strategies that support commercial growth and transatlantic talent mobility. Her clients span a wide range of industries, including financial services, fintech, digital assets, artificial intelligence, food and consumer products, architecture, technology, media and manufacturing. Vanessa collaborates with HR, legal and global mobility leaders to design efficient, business-focused immigration programs that meet evolving regulatory and operational goals.

In addition to her corporate practice, Vanessa maintains an active pro bono docket focused on humanitarian relief and children’s rights. She has provided on-the-ground legal representation to detained foreign nationals and has appeared before USCIS, EOIR and New York Family Court on behalf of pro bono clients.

Fluent in English, French and Spanish, Vanessa brings a global perspective to her work and regularly collaborates with clients and colleagues around the world to navigate complex cross-border immigration challenges.
