Vanessa is a Senior Associate Attorney in our Paris office, where she provides U.S. consular support to corporate and individual clients in the EMEA region and India. Vanessa has been practicing U.S. immigration since 2015.
Vanessa advises clients on US nonimmigrant and immigrant matters, including treaty trader and treaty investor filings, direct and petition based consular applications, waivers of inadmissibility and cases involving complex consular liaison. Prior to joining the consular team in 2023, Vanessa worked at Fragomen’s New York office, where she advised on a wide range of complex employment and family-based nonimmigrant and immigrant matters. Her clients have included companies in the financial services, architecture, payment services, software and technology, media, and manufacturing industries.
Vanessa provides pro bono assistance for Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS), Temporary Protected Status (TPS), and Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) petitions through the Children’s Aid Society Immigration Clinic and Safe Passage. She has also provided on the ground legal representation to recent arrivals at a Detention Center in Dilley, Texas. Vanessa routinely represented pro bono clients before USCIS, EOIR and NY Family Court.
