Virginie is an Immigration Manager based in Fragomen’s Brussels office leading the Luxembourg inbound team and Private Client Practice. She has an in-depth understanding of Luxembourg immigration law and mobility strategies. With more than 13 years of experience in immigration, including 3 years on multi-jurisdictional advisory for the Benelux region, Virginie has developed a strong understanding of the legislation in Belgium and Netherlands.

Virginie's clients represent a diverse range of sectors, including ecommerce, financial services, emerging technologies, IT&C and marketing.

Together with her team, Virginie advises clients on Luxembourg immigration requirements, strategies and compliance, including citizenship, cross-border matters, temporary assignments, social security and posting of employees as well as handling complex cases, pre-hire checks and private clients’ requests.

Virginie is also responsible for managing key relationships with the local authorities in Luxembourg. 

Virginie is renowned for her exceptional skills in running internal operations and managing processes with precision. She ensures that every project is executed flawlessly and on time. She has an eye for detail and unwavering commitment to efficiency having consistently driven organizational success.

Virginie has also been invited on numerous occasions to provide in-depth client training on technical immigration matters. Her unique ability to simplify complex concepts into easily understandable terms ensures that clients feel confident and empowered.

Virginie speaks English, French and Italian.
