William is dedicated to the bedrock values of his firm: quality, accuracy and accountability.

The majority of his practice involves the creation and management of immigration programs for a clientele representing companies of every size and sector, with a special emphasis on representing large clients in the payroll and software development field. His approach touches on every layer of the client relationship, from the overall conceptual structure of immigration programs to the day-to-day communications of the front-line client representatives on his teams. He aims to instill maximum efficiency within his team’s process, mitigating or eliminating uncertainty and delay.

Clients value William for his on-the-fly assessment and deft navigation of immigration issues arising from a rapidly changing political environment. Recent challenges include adapting his clients’ existing immigration programs to respond to increased government investigations targeting their sector.

Inspired to pursue a career in immigration law through volunteer work in law school, William thrives on the close relationships he develops and the appreciative feedback he receives from client employees whom he has helped successfully immigrate to the United States. The positive consequences of his work continue to motivate him in his pro bono and public service efforts, which include naturalization clinics for local communities and efforts on behalf of Ukrainian refugees displaced by the ongoing conflict in that region.
