William is a Senior Associate and joined Fragomen as an Associate in 2010.
He practices in the area of corporate immigration law, and currently represents clients in a variety of industries including software development and software consulting, satellite communications, consumer products, pharmaceuticals and health care, and alternative energy.
William provides counsel to clients on a variety of nonimmigrant visa matters, including the H-1B, L-1, TN, E-1, O-1 and B-1 visa categories, as well as permanent residency matters involving PERM labor certification applications, complex immigrant worker petitions, multinational executive and manager petitions, and extraordinary ability petitions.
