Yer is an Associate at Fragomen’s Minneapolis office, where she assists clients with a wide range of immigration petitions and applications. Her practice includes family- and employment-based immigration cases, including H-1B, TN, L-1 and J-1 waivers, immigrant visa petitions, PERM, Adjustment of Status and permanent residency.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Yer was an attorney and a case manager at a boutique law firm in Minneapolis. Her practice focused on PERM cases, in addition to a variety of family- and employment-based immigration cases.
While in law school, she also assisted clients on asylum cases through the Immigration Law Practice Group Clinic, receiving the Dean’s Award.
Yer speaks English and Hmong.
