2026 CMCP Annual Business Conference

The California Minority Counsel Program's annual business conference brings together law firm partners, corporate counsel and public sector leaders for discussions on leadership, business development and the future of the legal profession

Senior Associate Parminder Sandhu will moderate the "Men of CMCP Forum: Beyond the Practice: Purpose and Fulfillment in the Law," a discussion on leadership, mentorship, professional identity and well-being. Through interactive conversations, attendees will explore strategies for building sustainable careers while fostering collaboration, trust and inclusion.
