The California Minority Counsel Program's annual business conference brings together law firm partners, corporate counsel and public sector leaders for discussions on leadership, business development and the future of the legal profession
Partner Melissa Vasquez-Myers will moderate "No Blueprint, No Problem: Breaking Ceilings with Soy, Sazón, & Soul," a session focused on how first-generation attorneys and lawyers from underrepresented communities are advancing their careers and redefining success. Panelists will discuss leadership, business development, authenticity and career growth strategies.
Senior Associate Parminder Sandhu will moderate the "Men of CMCP Forum: Beyond the Practice: Purpose and Fulfillment in the Law," a discussion on leadership, mentorship, professional identity and well-being.
