Azerbaijan: Labor Migration Quota Report Due Soon

As a reminder, companies must submit their quota reports online for their 2025 foreign workforce using Azerbaijani e-visa (‘ASAN’) signature to the State Migration Services by May 1, 2024. Based on these submissions, the Azerbaijani government reviews employers’ foreign workforce needs and will approve a foreign labor quota in September 2024 for the 2025 calendar year.
